SMAFY Encourages You To Attend a Pub CRAWL for Charity!!

Crawls for charity catching on in Miami

"What do pub crawls have to do with philanthropy?
Quite a bit, if you ask Caroline Lamarre and Estrellita Sibila.
The longtime friends recently launched Miami Crawls, a company that seeks to connect young professionals to local philanthropic organizations through — you guessed it — pub crawls, art crawls, food crawls and other social events.
Their first two events, held in July and October, were a hit. Each drew about 300 young professionals to Brickell bars, restaurants and nightclubs in support of different South Florida nonprofits."

"Next up: a December bar crawl through South Miami
to benefit Radio Lollipop and the South Miami Alliance for Youth."

“We’re hoping to help other young professionals become more engaged and develop a love for Miami,” said Lamarre, 29, a risk analyst."

"The theme of Saturday’s event in South Miami is “cheers and beers.”
Participating bars include Sports Grill, Town Kitchen & Bar, Cervezas, Sunset Tavern, Irish Times and Bougie’s."
